Biography

Kevin L. Carter is the founder and charismatic leader of K Larell Enterprises in Atlanta, GA.

Kevin is most admired for his heart for people and highly regarded for his dynamic, practical and life giving biblical teaching that brings heaven down to earth. His ability to counsel people realities of life and minister to the whole person inspires a multicultural group from all walks of life and backgrounds to walk in victory.     

Kevin is a well respected ministry leader, entrepreneur, visionary, vocalist and progressive thinker. Raised in Wilmington, DE., through God’s grace and hard work Kevin has overcome various odds and continues to work in higher education for over 20 years while obtaining several degrees including an Associate of Arts in Counseling and Human Services; Bachelor of Science in Organizational Dynamics; Masters of Science in Administration of Human Service; and a Masters of Science in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.  

With more than 30 years of successful service and ministerial licensing in 2003, Kevin answered the call to serve God’s people as a ordained Elder. Ordained in 2018, Kevin’s innovative leadership and infectious passion for seeing lives changed, hope restored, authentic worship and genuine healing guides the bold and life changing belief that ministry is most effective when the people are served and their needs are met.   

Kevin is also an inspirational speaker, poet, lyricist, advocate, educator, actor, worshiper, movie score composer, recording artist of several life changing cd singles, and recording projects. Kevin encourages people nationally every day to trust their faith.    

Through ministry initiatives, Kevin champions healthy families and communities, and advocates for the disenfranchised, marginalized and the people in and outside of the four walls of the church.   

Kevin resides in Atlanta, GA and is a proud uncle, and he loves music, reading and theatrical performances.
